upgrade from gtx 770 to gtx 970

Hey guys. Need your opinion. Do you think it is worth it to upgrade from msi gtx 770 twin frozr 2gb oc to gtx 970 4gb oc(any brand)? My friend wants to buy my current gpu for 200 euro (RM800+-) so I need to topup about 100 euro (RM400~) to get a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 WindForce 3X OC 4GB (the cheapest I could find here).

hi guys. need another rig suggestion for workstation n heavy gaming. i'm going to oc and not going to sli. budget around 5k but very flexible can be 5.3k like that. right now I'm thinking of:

i7-4770k
mobo?
corsair/ g.skill value ram 1600hz 8gb
zotac gtx770 amp! - not necessary need gtx780
plextor m5s 128gb
wd caviar blue 1tb
sf from gbros?
casing?
1080p monitor?
