[Advice] Customized Desktop (RM4~~)

Hey guys!

I am to build a desktop PC with a budget within RM4~RM4.5, spec totally up to my call. (including LCD keyboard and whatnot)

I haven't been up-to-date with the PC hardware now and I am hoping anyone here can help me with it?

My very own specification is core i7, MoBo with USB3.0, LCD screen probably 19", other than that, everything as good as possible as long as within the price range.

Anyone can suggest brand and model? Thank you!

Master's degree in Taiwan

I am a fresh grad, currently unemployed (as I just got back from USA on the Work & Travel program).

Currently, I am having plans of pursuing Master's degree in Taiwan. I graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Multimedia University, so logically my choice will be getting a Master's degree in engineering field too. What I have in mind is the NTUT (National Taipei University of Technology 国立台北科技大学) and I am having interest in either the All-English program (Mechatronic, Environmental Engineering & Management) or rather the International Graduate Programs Taught in English (Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Energy & Optoelectronic Materials, Civil & Environmental Engineering). Reason I am looking into English programs is that I am good with this language (not worldwide excellent, but good enough to read, write and speak) and I do not want to spend my time learning all the Chinese scientific terms all over again. I want to go to USA or SG but I am greatly discouraged because I don't think I am good enough to get a scholarship, not to mention little scholarships are provided for USA side, based on my research)

Right now the Spring admission for 2012 is not open yet and I am not sure when, presumably it should be somewhere around September or October. I will be applying scholarship (either from Taiwan government or the university itself). Can't say I will definitely get it but finger-crossed.

Anyway, here are my questions. What is the prospect of studying Master's degree in Taiwan? How widely is Taiwan cert being recognize worldwide now? Let's say if I am allowed to work in Taiwan when I graduate, that should be fine; but what if I am not allowed to stay there and I have to return to Malaysia, what will happen with the Master's degree? And what happens if I go to other country with that particular degree?
