Notebook 1080 GPU problem

Been getting this lately most noticeable when I scroll. Like a gpu lag ghost when drawing pixels.
1. What is this? Didn't look like screen tearing.
2. Is this fixable? (hoping its not an impending GPU failure)

Tried so far
Rebooting
Updating GPU driver
Uninstalling driver (still happens with Microsoft graphics driver) then reinstalling slightly older driver.
Windows all up to date.
Nothing much to change in BIOS. (didn't update BIOS)
Disabling Vsync
Lowered res to 720p

What AVR for Klipsch RP-600M?

Hi,
My Klipsch soundbar died.
So I've been looking at the Klipsch RP-600M as a replacement.
Always liked Klipsch dynamics.

So now I gotta figure out what AVR to get (2000ish budget).

Planning 3.1. I dun need it loud but I want dialog/speech to be clear, even at low volumes.

Fronts: RP-600M
Center: RP-504C
Sub: existing Klipsch 8" sub

Will this amp work?

Room 10ft x 10ft open living room and attached to dining to kitchen. You know, standard not rich man house.
I will never:
Soundproof
Do rear speakers
Be bothered with Dolby DTS Atmos or whatever is the in thing now.

Seldom watch TV loud. I just need enough to hear what the actors are saying. In fact, if I can get clarity at low volumes, that would be best. No need belim balam every explosion, race car, fighter jet. I understand there's no immersion, poor sound effects and positioning in this set up I'm going for. Hope you understand.

So......... the Denon can or not?
I'm open to other AVR models or brands too.

Building new ryzen. Haven't built a pc in more than 10years. Gaming up to BFV 2k 144hz. Ray tracing not required. Rgb not required.
