Lesions on Lungs and Liver

Hi guys, 5 years ago my dad was diagnosed with colon cancer and he was fine after the operation.
But yesterday, doctor found new lesions on both his lungs and liver, if cancer cell is found on liver, it means the cancer has spread throughout the body.
I know how serious this is, there should already be signigicant symptoms, but I think my dad intentionally hid it from me and my siblings.
Refer to the CT scan report below.

The first opinion given to us is to proceed for chemo but I kinda heard some new treatment has been made available for cancer in the past 2 years, if anyone of you who has information or recommendation for clinical oncologist, I would very much like to take chance to explore 2nd and 3rd opinions.

TLDR:
So I was coming back to office from vendor visit, as I enter the parking lot (Which is the beginning of the black line)
There is this cross junction (marked X) that I have to go out a bit in order to see whether got car coming from the right, if not, its impossible to know because there is no wide reflecting mirror install there. As I want to go straight to the other side of the junction, the MYVI is speeding straight from the side and BANG.

Need to make police report tomorrow early morning cuz the MYVI driver says I wrong.
So, Myvi can win this case? Because her reply to me was so confident that I definitely will lose the case.

Details:
Myvi driver is a girl.
I asked if its her first time banging others, she said yes.
Because it is very obvious to me who is at fault here.
Then she was tearing up, and I asked her to go back consult her parent. Because there isn't a need to argue.

Patenting Software in Malaysia

Hi guys, am wondering how feasible is patenting software in Malaysia?

I was convinced by my patent agent that patenting software means filling for the methods, processes & apparatus(device) that constitute our product because the method of applying it - programming it into a system is not considered inventive.

Looking through all the patents on Google Patents, there are freaking many patents that are similar to each other and marked as active application.
I did went through some of them, they are either different in the steps involved or were filed much much earlier before 2010 which the software industry begun to boom boom pow.

In the end, IP valuation still comes back to your actual generated revenue using your IP, and I am not sure if I am getting the feeling right, not conclusive but, the software industry in Malaysia, or at least just on software adoption part is based on relationship-selling. With the art of tech development thriving, you have many options outside of Malaysia to customize a system based on your business needs, licensed sumore.

If you have done it, I really need your advice on this
The cost of patent drafting and application aren't cheap and I am concerned if this becomes an investment for formality.
