Today the technician came to my house and upgraded the internet from 1mbps to 4mbps , but after that , I tried downloading a movie , the speed was constantly around 180~250kb/s . I thought I should be getting 400kb/s ?
And the download speed is super inconsistent , sometimes going up to 300kb/s and lowest at 150kb/s . Really frustrating mang

Laptop won't start up properly when my

As my title says , my laptop won't start up properly when my Razer Blackwidow is plugged in it. It will produce some sort of constant loud beep. But when I shutdown, unplug my Razer Blackwidow and restart my laptop , everything works normally. Is there any solution to this? I think that my laptop's power supply can't support the Razer Blackwidow as my keyboard is LED backlit. But when I unplug my keyboard , start up my laptop and plug in the keyboard to my laptop again , everything works fine. Shutdown is no problem when the keyboard is plugged in. The problem is the startup with my keyboard plugged in . Loud beeps!
Will list down the laptop specs if needed. Very hard to copy paste . I don't want to waste my precious keyboard as I just bought it yesterday. My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite L755. Turning two years old this coming October.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Solutions are welcome too.

Oh and I almost forgot , my laptop is still under warranty so should I just send the laptop for repair or the problem is not with my laptop but my keyboard

So I'm 16 this year , started puberty when I was about 14 . I am thinking of buffing up , like abs and such . But my main concern is will it stunt my growth , as I am quite worried with it.
Both of my parents are short . Which makes me about 160cm. Will I still grow tall if I started building muscles ? Helpful comments are always appreciated

Xbox to monitor with HDMI and DVI ports

I was wondering when I'm my Xbox is connected to the monitor via the hdmi cable. Will there be any sound coming through my normal headphones if I plug it into my audio out port in my monitor. And what if I want to plug in my gaming headset which consist of like two cable which their heads are red and white. How can I do that?

Hamster dying or just getting old. HELP!

My hamster is a White Winter Russian Dwarf , she was active and cheerful until I woke up the next morning to find out her hair was getting thinner and thinner , and she was also getting thinner than I could feel her spine. She has been fed Versele - Laga food pellets some sunflower seeds I added as an extra snack (not sure if this Versele - Laga is a good brand or not ), but I noticed that she stopped eating the food pellets and just wonder around the cage when awake , but when I give her sunflower seeds , she will immediate eat it . So should I change her food or is she having any illness? or I'll just have to accept the fact that she is going to die.

[Her age is unknown and I bought her at a pet shop well and healthy about 2 months ago.]

Why put cucumbers in chicken rice?

Everytime I eat chicken rice , never eat cucumbers one , also don't why they put there for . Anyone here knows the reason? Oh and the chicken rice I'm mentioning in chinese chicken rice , but same goes with malay ones , lettuce in chicken rice .

I like to use BROS bottles, the design is fun and artistic , price is quite reasonable too, durabilty is very good . My friend use to buy all those chapalang brands tumbler , everytime we kacau his bottle , he bottle sure kaput , I introduce him to buy BROS , after that he bought the bottle and we push his bottle from the table as a vouch . Till today haven kaput yet , haha. Friends are good eh
