How to appoint a Shipping Forwarder?

Sorry if sound noob because i don't know much about these stuff.

I shipped 2 boxes of my belonging to Sarawak from Australia, however, the shipment now at Klang port and i was asked to pay about RM800 including shipping, custom clearance...etc to get them to Sarawak. I think its quite expensive so refused. At the end, i still need to pay some moneys to get them send the boxes to Sarawak. However, I ll have to appoint shipping forwarder or custom agent at Sarawak by myself, i am not sure how to do so, please help me....
Is it possible to appoint pos Malaysia, DHL...etc to do it? I only need clearance, I can go there to take the boxes. About how much are the cost for appointing agents? The cost I was told by the initial company for clearance is about RM 250, is using agent cheaper?

About studying in Japan

Hi, I know someone started this kind of topic before, but I cant find it so I open this to ask some questions.
I'm 20 years old now, and my highest qualification is SPM only so if I wish to study in Japan, are there any other requirements besides learning Japanese?
Which course is advisable to take or popular?
And which institute, college, or university recommended? Can anyone give some links?
For those who have studied in Japan, how is the environment there? And will those people there look down on foreigner?

What is Windows XP Hotfix? I found out there are 9 of them when i remove program using 'add/remove program'. Should i remove them? And did it use up a lot space? cause i suspect it took 1 GB space already.

About Malware...(noob question)

Is it possible that there are malware(viruses, trojan, spyware) inside my pc, even it seem nothing wrong with my pc?
I downloaded somethings recently with my pc free space at about 13-14 GB, but after i uninstall those program or delete them, it seem my pc free space is about 12 GB. I didnt find anythings wrong so far, maybe I just think too much...

Can i go oversea?

I almost finish my AS-level exam. I think i will get a pretty bad result....coz i am lazy and didnt put much afford on it..so worry for A2...
If i manage to get a good result in IELTS test, can i go oversea? Like i apply to other university courses or pre-U course?
