Kingston Ram not compatible?

I am been using i3-6100, asus Z170M-PLUS with

Kingston HyperX fury ddr4-2666 8G with serial HX426C15FB/8
lately i bought another HyperX fury ddr4-2666 8G with serial HX426C16FB2/8

it can work but problematic when used as a pair. Dual channel cant even boot. then is when my motherboard got rma-ed
upon returning of my motherboard. I can't install both ram into the pc. It, however would work ok if install single ram.

Have any guys encountered such thing before?
