Hi all,

Im planning to buy a condo but im having a hard time choosing which suits me the best.

Area : PJ, Subang area/ KL (closer to PJ)

Budget : Less than 600k

Size : 900 - 1200 sqft (3R2B)

Property Condition : Prefer newer condo

Usage : Most likely for my own - hopefully has the value as an investment too

** Im interested in PARAISO @ Bukit Jalil and Urbana Residence @ Ara Damansara. Appreciate if u guys can provide more pros and cons about these 2 condo

I wouldnt mind landed property as well. Pls help guys! Thanks

I wanted buy an extra keyboard for my laptop, mechanical keyboard preferably ( blue or brown).
Purpose: gaming and typing. (mainly for dota)
Budget: as long as it is cheap and well worth ( around 100-200 i guess)
