getting out of food industry

I have been in the food industry for one year plus previously and currently working as a Management Consultant for ISO standards, quality management systems those areas..

Anyone can give me some opinions on how I can change to industries with better growths like HR, Finance, IT etc..

I can't help but notice that food industry the salary does not grow and while as a Management Consultant there is no demand thus not being able to grow in terms of salary..

Can someone provide some advice?

Hi everyone, just got a call from Prudential today inviting me to go for an interview for their Management Associate Program of 2 years.

I have a few questions and hope you guys can share some info with me:

1. How is the work environment in Prudential?

2. I have been working almost 3 years now and is it worth to join such program now (usually this kind of program aimed at fresh grad kan?)

3. How is the pay and bonus at Prudential for this position?
