Maybe longer than that, but 1 month ago is when customers started complaining.<br /><br />I&#39;m more of a network/systems guy and not a web guy, but it looks like it&#39;s because it takes 20+ seconds for polyfill.min.js to fail, before the rest of the page starts to load.
