Take a break after eye surgery

Hello guys, so i have a question, I just work with this company for almost 6 Months now as software developer and i am planning to have a strabismus surgery. My eye strabismus has affect my life and work.. i can still do programming but time to time.. I will have headache and hardly to focus...since I cannot apply for a long term leave ( 1 month - 2 months) i am planning to quit and take a rest after the surgery.. so will it affect my career/portfolio if i have gap for more that 3 months in my resume??

I am 1 year experience (6 months old company + 6 months current company)

I am 26 years old..

Hello, I am a fresh graduate from a local university. The mco really hit hard for us for these past few months. I got a job as a analyst programmer in a company but it has been 5 months no offer letter,EPF and socso. They say i am working as consultant currently. For the time beign, i am looking for a job while working here.

I want to know what is the importance of epf and socso? Should i quit now or i quit after i secure a job??

The company did not have the exact date to offer me as full time worker for now.

Issue with offer letter from company

Hello, currently I am working as programmer in selangor for past 3 months since April 2020 in a company in selangor(quite big company) . I have been working from home since It was mco. My manager said because of the mco the offer letter from HR will be delayed. Right now I am working in the office since start of the Jun, But I am still did not have the offer letter and I don't the epf and socso yet. I am a fresh graduate so I am quite clueless about this.

My question is, if I want to resign right now, should I follow the company rule? (send the letter and notice for 3 weeks)

Hello, My left earcup produce crack sound sometimes and it really disturb the sound while listening to music.
I want to ask if any of you have experience with RMA with massdrop?
Do i need to pay to send my item back to massdrop? how much for me to pay the to send RMA?
