AMD RMA ISSUES

Hai and hello everyone, im kinda dilemma since the shop i purchased online (for amd ryzen cpu) ask me to post my whole rig (over 10kg+) just to verify if my CPU really the caused of it, i already told him i bought new AM4 320 chipset to tested out and the shop already confirmed its my CPU need rma since he tested it with their own cpu r5 and r7 but mine is no post / beep sound (just like u power on w/o cpu attached). but the seller insisted for me to do the whole rig postage...

So i went and google up AMD in Malaysia and called the penang but they told me they hv nth to do with RMA only factories.
then i called AMD Cyberjaya but the person unable to speak MALAY, even AMD processors interpret as professor. i just hang up....

is there any way for me to RMA my cpu myself ?
