free toilets inside lot 10?

ayam going to work at lot 10 next week, is there any free toilets inside the mall? the toilets i found all need to pay one
i know sg wang/tous les jours/monorail etc have free toilets but they're very far (think about rush all the way to ground floor, cross the road blablabla)

Survey from Maxis

I received a call and the guy claimed that he's from maxis.
He asked me to answer the survey then I did so lah.
He even asked me to verify my details afterwards (signup date, billing address, IC number, etc), quite shocked that he also knew I gave him the incorrect details.
So after finishing the survey, in order to show 'appreciation' of answering the survey, he said that maxis will offer me a discount on my next bill.
The call ended after he explained how the whole stuffs works (eg check quota balance, billing info, etc)
Not to mention that he asked me if I accept their offer. I said yes.

So I wanna ask, is the whole thing true? Or it's a type of scam? Quite unsure about it because my sister also received the similar call and my dad asked her not to answer it. Plus a lot of telephone fraud happening recently so I'm scared.
