Aircond Services and Repair allowed during MCO?

Hi. One of my friend tried to apply for a MITI letter through the notification MITI website in order to work and pass through roadblocks if the police are asking for supporting documents. Before the MCO on the mid January til early february, they can download the letter through the website.

However, since the MCO has been extended, he was not only able to download the MITI letter, he was stopped and summoned by the police due to the MITI letter being expired.

As it seems, the subsector for housing premises and operations has been suspented. He has contacted MITI but no one has answered his calls, messaged on all platforms; social media to emails, but no replies at all. My friend is operating an aircond service / installation company. So my question to help answer my friends or anyone who is in this of similar sectors:

1) Are all housing repairs and services currently not operational during this extension of MCO?

2) Is there an actual expiry date for the MITI letter even if the application of exemption to work is registered before the extension of MCO?

3) Are there any sources or news that clearly states that companies would need to reapply the exemption to work for this extension of MCO?

Hi. I am looking for an advice or solution. Please feel free to scold, advice, or tell me off but please constructive feedback is really much appreciated.

I was in a relationship with my partner for two years. We are both happy, and she supports me most of the things that I want to pursue in my career and future. everything is as perfect as it seems, but of course there are some obstacles in our relationship i.e. long distance relationship, whereby she lives in singapore. We are willing to compromise with each other in taking turns to meet; whether if she is comes to find me and vice versa.

However the issue with me is, I have the tendency and urge to find a potential partner even though I am clearly in a relationship; and that potential partner will help eliminate our current relationship's obstacle. I talk to the potential partner and we somewhat got close, and in summary I called off our relationship to get together with my potential partner. She lives just an hour or so away from me, and we stayed like a couple especially during this MCO period. But as we got along together for six months, both of us noticed that we always argue at least once a month of little nitty gritty things like forget to take the trash out, or being frustrated over not being able to accomplish a task and blaming each other for it. We feel like our relationship is getting toxic and I feel I did not want to pursue any further.

Instead of fixing the relationship, I went to download dating apps and find a new potential partner again. we exchanged messages and we felt a mutual interest together. Now I am in a state of guilt and confusion as to why I keep finding new things instead of fixing the old ones. Maybe because I feel it's easier to move on that to fix the problem? Maybe I am just a coward that I can't face obstacles and just run away when problems arise? Maybe I haven't found the right one?

My relationship with my two-year partner was bliss: we did not argue, we did not lash out at each other for no reason but I called it off because we live too far apart, along with the complications of whether I go to singapore to live and become PR, or she comes to malaysia to become PR. My current relationship is toxic, but we apologized to each other and we agreed to give a second chance, but I don't feel the same anymore as the first time we met and communicated. I feel like this relationship will not work out and yet I still gave false hope into giving a chance for this relationship.

I need an advice: do I go to the other side where I feel the grass is greener and start a new relationship, or do I stick back to fix my problem no matter what because it shows my loyalty and love for my partner? How do I know my own limits as to whether I can fix the relationship to the point where is unfixable? I have no one else to go to but here because my friends are disappointed in me for saying I am always jumping in and out of relationships like I am changing my clothes. I don't dare to speak to anyone about the potential partner that we have been exchanging messages.

Hi. I have always been intrigued on the lifestyle of minimalism. I have always want to try out as I am a spendthrift person: having to see money in my bank account and always having the urge to buy things that adds little to no value in my life.

I am by no means rich but I make a decent living with a fixed salary to pay my mortgage and other commitments. Latest tech and IT related products is what i always buy which lead me to have no savings after purchasing them, having to self complain about struggling to pay my installments and other useless excuses i give myself.

I want to know if there are any minimalist (or anyone really) that i could seek advice on how to be mindful and knowing what things in your life that you are able to appreciate and not needing more.
