I have been working for 4 years, and this is 1st time im encounter this things.(work as site supervisor)

My supervisor chat directly toward me in office group which everyone on the company is in there.

'Don't ever wait for instruction then you work. Be initiative like how you get a girl to be your wife.'

Maybe im read it with emotional? Or is it ok to said so?

Hye guys.

Im a working guy with diploma holder. I had a problem to further study. Which is Ptptn loan. What I know. I can ask for a delay to pay back the loan. But the 1% interest still gonna apply on me every month. ( not sure either month or year)

I would love to further study ob teaching. Where its far away from my work scope right now.

I dont think my boss would let me do part time study.

Can any1 suggest me on this. Any advice?

Morning every1. Haply fasting for those who fasting.

I got some promblem. Which it maybe big for me. I dont give 100% concentrate on my current job. And it might be happen bcause I dont feel like im happy with this job.

And im more enjoy when I work as shop assistant when im finish my spm.

I also prefer do business then current job I had.

I also more enjoy to teach ppl. Maybe like to work as teacher.

Can some1 share opinion?

As tittle. Im feel a bit lonely, eventhough I had gf.
I think I feel alone bcause of no friend to talk and to have story, to laughing. Is it bcause of my working environment.
Im work as site Supervisor which from small company that dont habe much staff.

And obviously in rarely go to office. Bcause my work definitely need me on the site.
Is this normal for a prson that 25 y-old below feeling while others of my frirnd go to further study meanwhile im a work-person.

Take note that im also try to spend my time on playing game. But I dont get the mood while im playing game. 😂😂😫😫

How about we begin with sharing what is ur best role, why, what champ did u gais use for that role and what the trick make u guys love them?

I begin with me

Best Role for me is ADC.

Why? Because I like kiting(but I suck on it)

And I Love to play Tristana as ADC.

I love tris. one of the reason. Can always come back if a little bit behind(but not far away behind) comeback is always there if I keep farm well and rush item correctly.
I always aim tanker and use my ulti to get some space between me and bruiser or tanker that try to kill me first.

Btw thats how ADC roll played.

Hye. Im now working as site supervisor. Salary rm1800(included allowance)

My question is. If im quit my job right now. And be a uber/grab drive and selling insurance as my part time job. Is it ok?

Btw I also need to make loan for buying new car. Right now im drive old perodua kancil. And I think its not suitable for a uber/grab driver.

And I need advice if my decisions is correct or just a rush decisions?

Hye. Im fresh grad in dip civil eng. Im now work as supervisor for a company. The company is roof specialist.

For me. The scoop of job might not be hard. Just need to control ppl. Update the work progress. Make sure construction on roof doing well. Nothing much.

But what im not feel easy is with my working hour. Im usually arive at the site at 7.30 am. Start work at 8.00 am. Rest on 12-1pm. And usually got back at 7 or 7.15. Its almost 12 hours a day im at site.

And my salary is rm1800. After minus the epf socso only left rm1600. Did u guys think its worth? Working like this hour. With those salary?

I had several time feel down with this job. Bcause of pressure to control ppl and make sure project on time without problem. Thinking about to stop work.

Actually I just work only 2 month.

Im student of civil eng. at poli shah alam.
With my study field for sure i got pack time table. 8 in, 4/5 out class. I dont think i could done any partime. I need time also to study and rest. (Either it just an excuse or real thing. Im not sure. 😅)
