Irregular electricity bill for past 2 months

Since GST has been implemented, my electricity bill's have been really weird. Last month my total bill was RM 0.00 this month it's RM 3.00... is this like normal?

Last month's bill had some details in the usage section(Blok tarif, blok prorata, kadar, amaun) but in the keterangan part it said "Dibiayai oleh Kerajaan M'sia" and it deducted the amount.

This month there is nothing in the usage section, except Jumlah which is 0, RM0.00 and in the keterangan section it says "Bayaran Minima Bulanan RM 3.00"

Oh and also below the bill for last month it said "Subsidi Bahar Api Dibiayai Kerajaan Persekutuan RM 7.99 GST bagi penggunaan domestik 300kWh dan ke bawah berkadar sifar KWTBB - Kumpulan Wang Tenaga Boleh Baharu" and for this month it has been changed to "GST bagi penggunaan domestik 300kWh dan ke bawah berkadar sifar Bayaran melalui cek sah setelah penjelasan cek oleh bank"

Now I'm a foreigner, so I have absolutely no idea what any of those mean... but should I just continue paying whatever that has been stated on the bill, or should I call them up and see what's up?

Internet issue

Hi,

I recently shifted house and got Unifi VIP 5.

Here's the problem:

Some websites take unusually a long time to connect to sometimes... other times it connects in a few seconds, very rarely it doesn't connect and I get messages like DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN when I'm using chrome.

Whenever I'm playing games like League of Legends(connected to the SG/MY server), my ping is stable( around 30-70 depending what I'm running in the background) but it keeps on disconnecting/reconnecting every few seconds and makes it unplayable since I'm just teleporting from place to place, but when I play other games like RIFT(I'm connected to the NA server) I'm fine.. even though my ping's high.

Edit; I tried playing CS:GO I connected to a server which I'm guessing is located in MY based on my ping (30) and it started disconnecting/reconnecting again.

Router model: RG-DLINK-WBR2300

Things I've tried:

I've tried both Wi-Fi and using LAN cable.. but the problem still persists.

Flush DNS, use Google public DNS.

Could this be a problem from my computer or the new router/modem?

Pls help xD.

Razer Electra cushion replacement
