            <title>how much interest serve during construction period</title>

            <description>hi guys..hope i can get a reply here.. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;we all know that some property development have developer interest bearing scheme(DIBS). some maybe have partial DIBS. but some there will be no dibs at all. &lt;br /&gt;as such the buyer/purchaser need to bear the interest during the construction period. i know that the interest serve is base on the money release by the bank. the interest serve in my knowledge is also base on the current blr (- X.X) that the bank offer to u. is there any equation or rules to calculate the exact amount need to pay throughout the construction period? and yes i know it is depend on the property price as well. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;let say if 200k-300k = roughly how much money need to pay for the interest during the construction period?&lt;br /&gt;300-400k = roughly how much money need to pay for the interest during the construction period?&lt;br /&gt;400-500k = roughly how much money need to pay for the interest during the construction period?&lt;br /&gt;500 - 600k = roughly how much money need to pay for the interest during the construction period?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;any idea from sifu or mayb simou?</description>
