For close contact with covid19 patient.

Last time it was reporting to PKD for them to prepare quarantine letter, 10 days quarantine and wear a pink bracelet was it?

Ive heard recently its changed to 0 days quarantine, no quarantine letter , no bracelet whatsoever, you just need the place sanitized and everything can function back to normal.

Can anyone clarify on this? Whats the latest SOP.

My inconsiderate of a neighbour go and lock his cat outside of his house in a cage and never came back for almost 3 days and the cat has been screaming for the past few days, what are the laws if i break into his house and release the cat, can i be sued/arrested for breaking an entry? Its just a jump away.

Or is there any place i can report privately that can take action instantly?

Bombing the militants that they gathered and armed (hornet's nest) . IF this plays out well, US will garner more support for another war.

I wonder how well will this play out. Snowden said that ISIS is bigger agenda is to expand the Israeli state by giving them a reason to wage war. If this is to continue then ISIS has to survive this. Otherwise they will have to endure shame on defeat.

So far ISIS has been unstoppable , lets see how they do against airstrikes. Not sure if weapons that they salvage includes surface to air or anti missiles.
