Brand new S3 mini can't rotate or detect motion

My s3 mini is brand new. I got it from Singapore in February but it had some battery problem so I sent it back (through my dad) they gave me a completely new phone, and shit it can't rotate or detect motion.

YES I AM SURE I HAVE THE SCREEN ROTATION AND THE MOTION BUTTON ON!
and no, I didn't drop my phone

I've tried a factory reset but still the same. A YouTuber recommended hitting the phone (he was using a s3) and as silly as it sounds a lot of people said it worked. I tried once but still the same. Too scared to try again.

LG spare parts? Factory?

Okay, i am currently in ipoh, and this freaking phone is dead.
Friend gave this phone to me a few years back, and then borrowed it to my sister, now broken. btw got this in singapore.
Went to the LG website, and i dont think they manufacture this phone model anymore.
Now i went to a phone repairer, and they told me they dont have spare parts for LG phones. I asked a few of my friends, they asked me to just go to the factory (it's not under warranty btw) . So is there any LG factory in ipoh? Any way to get the phone fixed? and if i send it to a factory, how much will it cost?

I've been using my thumbdrive for about 2 to 3 years and there wasn't any problem with it until a few days ago.. At first, it couldn't even be detected at all but later on was detected but ALL the data is lost I checked the thumbdrive's properties and it was stated that my used & free space shows 0 bytes.

I know, i should just bring it to the technician but i am currently broke now and still have my phone to fix (dropped the friggin thing and screen isn't working --)

I am a computer dummy and I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO .
Tried google-ing it for a solution but couldn't find one yet
I have very important documents in there and also some priceless pictures that i dont wanna lose.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEEEEEE HELP

So, this is what happened . This guy, alazaruss said he wanted to buy my stuff in bulk.
Then he told me that he couldn't bank into my account.. but i went and bank in to my own account (haha syok sendiri)
and it worked fine.. Then he said he would write a check to me instead, without asking for my address or anything..
I thought he would ask me later but after about 2 weeks, i SMS him and ask if he is still interested.. Delivery report received as sent, but no reply.

I lost several buyers because i wanted to reserve the stuff for him.
I consider this as FFK-ing or gau gau zhan (cantonese xD) until he gives an explanation.
