Recognition of Prior Learning

I think this topic should be posted.

Some researched (i dun know true or not) said Malaysia unskilled worker is about 70%. Skill worker is based on Diploma level and above. In order to achieve 2020, Malaysia need to bring it up the number of skilled worker.

So, here it goes. Recognition Prior Learning or RPL is the tool to achieve the target. Worker who is SPM holder but already have job more than 10 years, can do RPL to get the Diploma level.

The worker do not have to attend any course to do RPL. He/She have to access by QUALIFIED ASSESSORS. Maybe it take around 2 or 3 hours. The best part, QUALIFIED ASSESSORS are paid RM300 per candidate assessed and you can be the one of many assessors of different sectors assessing candidates’ competencies throughout the country. All you need to do is to register and attend a 1-day training conducted by Experts of GBCC, UK.

E-commerce for stockist

I am newbie in e-commerce.

1)

Let say i sell snack. So i plan to have 20 stockist all over msia.

Is there any system that my stockist have to register 1st, then only registered stockist can see and buy the snack on9 (public cannot see).

When they buy, their order will base on payment. If they didnot pay, their order will be in q.

2)

Then, e-commerce for agent. Agent have to buy on9 thru stockist ONLY. But admin can check the process.

Email hosting problem

I have a domain from GoDaddy.

Then i buy local hosting use cpanel.

So, what to do next? I have already change the nameserver in Godaddy.

And the domain works perfectly.

The problem is when i create the email.

Let say the email is sales@example.com

When i compose new message, let say to gmail account. It show already sent but the gmail account still did not receive.

But, it can received the incoming email.

How? Any expert here? TQ
