What I wear at home, is a combination of free shirts acquired in my schooling years to hand-me-downs from older relatives that were given to me at the time.theyre so old that some of the clothes today have holes in them. RANT: Computer Repair shops in Malaysia

Yesterday I spent an entire day driving around the KL area from computer repair shop to computer repair shop and goodness me I have nearly lost all hope that computer repair in Malaysia is an honest industry.

Anything that isn't dead simple like virus removal, speed up computer(aka remove bloat + slot in SSD) they are downright too incompetent to do.

In my case, my PC could not boot up into BIOS. All I needed was someone who had the required APU(Eg Ryzen 2400g), or a BIOS reprogramner which doesn't need a CPU in the motherboard at all. Naively, I thought that hey, maybe these guys have standby CPUs/APU's for technical troubleshooting. And if they don't, maybe they have a bios reprogrammer.

But no. Everyone told me my motherboard rosak, or fried, or some dishonest shit to avoid admitting that they were not equipped to fix this.

All these guys have are cans of compressed air, thermal paste, and know a thing or two about virus removal and hardware installation. STRESS MANG sumore when I look at the posters "lajukan PC dalam masa satu jam!", And I realize that this is the type of shit that attracts customers.. haiz.

Anyways rant over.

I've got a cat situation. I'm DYING to pet a cat around my area but I'm not sure if that's the best idea. The cat has no indication that it is owned, as it roams freely and comes and goes as it pleases. It stays around my apartment block from time to time but has complete freedom to roam the wilderness beyond.
It doesn't look dirty, nor rabid and has such a cute face.

I'm dying to pet it, but as much as I've been wanting to I've been abstaining from doing so as I fear contracting any fleas or diseases that it may have.

From experience, would you consider my worries sound? Or should I worry less and pet away?

Okay so lets assume in the next few decades, humankind's plan to become a spacefaring civilization lifts off and becomes a reality. Who do you think will be the first people that are sent to inhabit Mars? The financially elite? The intelligent? The poor?

I believe the intellectually and physically elite individuals will be on the top of the list of the first batch of people to send to mars as they have the responsibility of cranking a continued civilization to a start on an alien planet. I'm not sure about the financially elite though. Will they want to sacrifice the beauty all their money can afford to buy on earth for a barren planet(initially at least)?
