Transfer of property within brother

Hi all,

What are the procedures involved if a freehold property needs to be transferred from 1 brother to another (direct sibling)?

The property already paid off, no house loan attached. It's a double storey house in Kajang.

Do we need a lawyer? or can we do it our self (preferable)?
