Macbook Pro overheat problem

i plan to buy a Macbook pro 15-inch: 2.0GHz with Retina display as my workstation laptop
and i found some topic on apple discussion said some people have overheating problem for their Macbook pro late 2013.
Did anyone experience the problem ?

Dumbbells weight

i had using 5kg dumbbells from the beginning of my workout for about 1 month , den i decide to change the weight to 10k .... and it was very hard to lift .
Do i need to change back 5kg or continue to use 10kg?

and these few days i feel like eat more than usual . is it normal?
