How to slim down and train my abs?

I am currently 45kg @155cm. But before this, i am 40kg onli. Suddenly gain weight to 45kg with no reason.
Now i wanna find a good way to slim down but with healthy way.
what are the ways to train my abs and slim fit more effectively and efficiently?
i did tried doing crunch, go jogging and cycling. but weight still remains the same.

how can i choose from these 2 guys?

hi all forummer.

my story is like this. i broke up with my ex-bf ,Mr T last June (when i was in internship)
as he hidden a girl when we were in the relationship. When i realize there was a 3rd party between me n Mr T,
they were flirting and calling each other "dear, darling" for 6months long.
After i found out, he just explained and told me all the truth. At the end, i couldn't accept then finally we broken up.

After internship, i came bk to Uni to continue my final year study. I was busy with my studies and Uni events in order to forget Mr T,
also told myself, dun even get into a new relationship simply.
Coz Mr T actually broken up heart and make me dun believe with any other guy. But i was wrong.
Until the day i met Mr C, he is 2 year old younger than me, he looks charming and muscular,
the point is he is taller than my ex
We met each other in a singing audition. Actually i have no idea who he is and how we attract each other.
After the audition, he added my FB and started chatting with me.

that time, i was lonely and upset. Suddenly gt Mr C appear in my life.
From the day, i was like wow, he delights my days again. He takes care of me when i was sick,
accompany me eat when i was hungry, we just start to stick to each other from October until now (June 2013).
Now officially,become sweet couple.

But something happened and make me suffer recently.The problem is Mr T suddenly call me n massage me urgently.
He told me that he ald broke up with the BxtCH as he realize i m important to him, he just flirted with her.
But me n Mr T ald seperate for quite a long time, what can i do? He calls me everyday until i blocked him. then he go n called my mom
to ask her why i din picked up his call....
When the day i leave him, he just understand that he just wan me, he miss the day we being together.
i cannot deny that, i still cannot forget him totally. but i ald have new bf.
I still like him but i love my current bf....what sud i do?
