im using Asrock Z77 Fatal1ty pro about 2 years. warranty already expired. so the problem is when i turn it on all fan and gpu start and running like normal. but no response to the display. and the power led keep blinking like in sleep mode. in about 5 sec it automatically turn off. and turn on after about 5 sec. it happen again and again. i try to replace to my old mobo everything works fine. so what is the problem? can it be fix?

im using WD caviar black 1tb and still have 300gb free. it was fine before. 3 days ago it become too slow. it take 3 sec to open a 3mb jpeg image. WTF!
already do the clean up and defragment but nothing happen. anyone know what should i do?
