Apartment key+documents lost

Hi guys for many years my dad(who is now quite old) has had this second property, an apartment in Sepang. Few years ago he was renting out but after tenants moved out the apartment was just left vacant and idle. The related docs (which I suppose proves who's the owner) has been misplaced, and also the key to the place. Can he just go ask the management of the apartment to give new docs and key? does it work like that?

haha I myself am only 19 and such a noob, but seeing my 63yold dad desperately trying to locate the docs+key to this apartment made me wanna ask for advice here..

Do admins know our passwords?

Hey I was just wondering how it works with forums and websites. Our passwords are stored (hopefully encrypted?) on the server right? So can admins see them at will? Since this is a local site, couldn't it be possible that admins would know some of us? Then they use dupe account to get our email somehow (PM us or wtvr), then try to login to our FB or something? Or Twitter. Or other places....lol scary possibilities. If some people use same pass for all, then....

Or can absolutely nobody see our passwords and PM folders, not even admins?

Hi, just wondering if I should apply for JPA. I'm going to do Petroleum Engineering at UTM, but I was wondering how they'll make me serve my bond should I get it. Do GLCs count? If not, then where else can they put me? Nothing crappy right?
