FAQs (written by her):

1. Are all those bags authentic/original?
Yes, definitely, original from the factory store itself.

2. Are the bags really cheap at there?
YES! it depends, but many of them are above 50%! (if you don't mind past seasons stocks), i have observed a 20-30% for new season items for most of the brands too,

3. May i have the receipt?
Well, i can snap a photo of the receipt with item code and send it to you upon request. Based on my experience in a few months back, the stores do not issue a single receipt for each item, only one receipt for all items altogether).

4. When is the last day i can place an order and how long do i need to wait?
please send a pm to inquire, as there is only limited slots available, first come first served ya.
and my group have decided to stay there for 1.5 month and we will send you the bags (either pos or COD in KL) in 1 week after that.

5. How much deposit do i have to pay for pre-order?
it depends on the price of the bag, min 50% and max 70%, because we need to fork out the cash to get the bags first, and fyi, i'm definitely not a millionaire so yeah, please understand,

6. Are the bags pre-owned or used bags?
NO! definitely no. they are brand new from the outlet, some of them might be from past seasons but they are all brand new items.

7. What if i found the bags have defects (dirt, hole, damaged zip, etc)?
don't worry, I will check the bag thoroughly before i made payment (i'm a detailed person, lol ). and also, if there is any minor issue with the bag, you CAN bring it to the branded outlet store here in Malaysia so that they can fix it for you! (I have tried doing that so no worries)

I brought one of my Coach bag from US to Coach outlet in KL because there is some kind of dirt on the bag (due to the decoloration of my jeans, lol), and they fix it for me!

8. How many bags can i order?
there is a limit of how many bags we can bring back here. and I was suggested by people that i should hand carry the bags instead of putting it in the luggage because it might be stolen. so me and my friends can bring approximately 10-15 bags back here (depending on how many bags we ourself buy for personal use lol, and also bags for our friends and relatives), wallets and purse can order more as they are small in size. Thus, one person can order approximately 2-3 bags,

9. What if the model i want is out of stock?
of course we will make a refund if the item is out of stock, no worries,

10. Which brands do you recommend, in terms of value for price?
I would say Coach, Guess, Longchamp, Gucci, Michael Kors and Burberry but there are many other brands too, it's just these were the ones i have visited and the bags are cheap as compared to the price here,
