What is Executive grade E3?

Recently I attended an interview, I applied for Customer Service Executive.
My highest education (current) is only SPM. I am 22 this year. So after 3 stages of interview, the HR lady decided to hire me to work as soon as the first week of May. I met her later that week to collect my offer letter. The position is Executive grade E3. So my question is what is Executive grade E3? Is it good? Are there any higher grade than E3? Maybe E2 or B3 or A2?

so this is my story, im planning to open up a joint account with my gf(we have been together for quite a long time, 5years more or less), for savings, and for future use. we are planning to get married in few years time, the money we wanna save is for our marriage, to buy house etcetc. is this a good plan?? and can anyone tell me more about joint accounts? anyone here is doing something like this? whats the worst scenario that could go wrong? tq in advance guys!

guys as mentioned, i need some advice.

how to modify my car so it can save more minyak? is there any possible ways?
i dont really care about the performance, just want it to be super fuel efficient.
is there any modification that can be done? and is it illegal? tq in advance!

one day i was walking down the streets, i saw this old man (oku) struggling in his wheelchair. seems like his wheelchair only one wheeled, which is very difficult for him. now, any normal human being will ofcause help that old man, but at that particular time, im in a rush. so, i walk to him, and tell him.

where there's a 'wheel', there is a way.
