Architecture and Civil Engineering

So yeah, I'm taking HnD in Architectural Design Tech, and I'll further into degree.

My case is that I want to do freelance architecture, and I really want to do the calculations and shit by myself so is it possible for me to get a second degree in Civil Engineering?

I know my future won't be "bright" if I go solo, I'll probably end up on the Top 10 poorest people, okay, sarcasm there, but I'd be flushed down into poverty if I do freelance, well, that's what I've heard. I don't mind, really, if I do get into the poverty lane I'll find a way out. Plus, it would really help my experience level.

Basically, I'm planning to get my Bach degree in Arch then take another Bach degree in Civil En.
Is that possible?

Can I still be an architect if I take Civil Engineering? Will I be able to draw and calculate my own blueprints if I have a client?

I think I sound like an over-achiever but still, there's a whole world out there!

I really need to know this!! T____T

Please share your opinions? If you're a professional architect or civil engineer, please do give some advice! If you're not, it's okay, I need opinions.

Thanks!!!
