MBA 13" 2012 - Trackpad not responsive

Hi All,

Recently my 2 months old MBA 13" 2012 is giving me problem. The trackpad were not as smooth as before, it freeze for 2 to 3 seconds before I can move the cursor, it happened intermittently and it is very frustrating. The cursor is still showing the arrow and there is no background process running. If I use mouse it works perfectly.

Googled, some users reported having the same problem after upgraded to MAC OSX 10.8.2 and I did what based on solution given from the internet and to no avail the same thing happened.

I would like to ensure it is hardware problem before sending to service center as it will took them days/weeks to fix and I need to use my macbook for urgent matter.

Did you encounter such problem after upgraded to 10.8.2?

Macbook Air 11 keyboard backlit problem

I just bought a new Macbook Air 11 inch less than 1 month and noticed the keyboard backlit start flickering. I've disabled the keyboard illuminate option and it is still flickering like disco light. I think the sensor got confused with the lighting and tested in dark room, the flickering is still there.

Is this normal? Just bough less than 1 month. piss off ...how long do you think the service center will fix this? one to one change as item bought less than a month.

Big problem buying a house

Advise needed, I'm a co-borrower to a housing loan with my sis and she's not paying on time and having default for 3 months all the times. I am planning to get a house soon and I only have one car loan with no default and no credit card debt. I am earning 5 figures, do u think I am able to get a loan approval from bank due to bad credit rating from my sis housing loan as a co-borrower?

If it does, what's the alternative ways I can do to get loan approval? My sis ask to give her time to settle but I think it will take ages.
