Uninstall Vista Files from external Hard Disk

Hi there all, I got myself an external casing for my Western Digital 1 terabyte hard disk. When I want to delete the Vista from there by clicking right click delete, its came up popping with the message.

You need permission to perform this action

You required required permission from TrustedInstaller to make changes to this folder.

Any idea on how to delete this without formatting the whole Hard Disk by the way?

The folder I want to delete is the Program Files Folder and Windows Folder.

Vista Seems To Slow Down

Hi there, my PC been going haywire a few times after I install another 2Gb of ram into it.Seems to be very slow and laggy with 4gb of ram,previously was doing fine with 2gb. Is there a problem using 4gb on vista or is it my Motherboard not compatible with them Rams? Need Help Guys.

My Dvd writer cannt read disc

I got a dvd writer LG 18x Super Multi Dvd Rewriter, just last pc fair bought. Now it cannot read any disc. Not yet burn 100 pieces also. previously I was using and enclosure with it, but now I just got my new rig and install it. Got the icon in the My computer but really cannot read any single disc. need help with this.

I just got my new rig. But the problem is that it cannot read any disc at all. Not yet burn 100 disc yet .

Lg 18x Super Multi Dvd Writer (this is the problem)
2Gb 800Mhz Ram

Firtsly i got the dvd writer but use it with an enclosure, so dunno got any problems after i put it in to my new rig. Pls help...Thanks
