hihi, im being assigned to write a program that manipulates matrix (rotate diagonal, rotate row, rotate column, set upper triangle zero) but i dunno where to start. btw, im new to C programming. so, hope tat here all the sifus can help me. thx in forward.

MMU foundation results to apply other uni's degree

I heard from my friend that MMU students can use their foundation results to apply for degree courses in UTP. Is is true? A call was made to UTP and someone from UTP said that if we want to do so, we hafta wait for the UTP to advertise in their website. But as far as i know, foundation programme for each university is different. Can anyone verify this? thx ^^

Cheap phone

My friend says he can help me get cheap phone. Eg. N73 can get rm800+ if buy 3 sets together, SE w810i rm700+. The price is around that figures. The thing is, can i trust my friend or the phone? I want to buy a phone from him but scared the phone is problematic. Can anyone advice me on this? and how can phones can come in such a cheap price. Thx.
