[WTAsk] Upgrading Laptop Ram

Hello LYN Forumers,
4gb ram is not enough for my daily use now. So I had been thinking to upgrade my ram to 4gb. So I did a little bit of researched, I found about there are different of rate of ram (800/1333/1600MHZ), different voltage, and if 1 ram is 1333 and another one is 1600, the 1600MHz will be downclocked to 1333MHz to match the other pair speed

Now this is my current factor default ram that is installed in my notebook

Quite thunderstruck when I see my ram is 800MHz

Now my questions are,
Should I upgrade to 8gb (adding another 4gb 1600MHz) or remove this 4gb 800MHz and replaced it with 4gb 1600MHz?

As even if i upgrade to 8gb, both ram will be downclocked and perfom at 800MHz, but if single 4gb, but it will perform at 1600MHz

Second is, the ram I will purchase is 1slot 4gb ram ddr3 1600MHz low voltage (1.35V), but my current ram is 1.5V
Can my laptop Ideapad support low voltage? My bios support it?

Toshiba L745 Overheat

Hello, my friend notebook Toshiba Satellite L745 with i5 second gen, GT 525m, 4gb ram (does this laptop have intelhd)

When turn on the laptop, the fans suddenly turn at maximum speed like when you playing game.

Even idle the temp high. How to fix this, also when i try to install intelhd3000 driver it said not meet minimum requirement
Just reinstall Windows 8.1 because i thought virus is the cause, after reinstall still same

I want to buy new laptop because my laptop right now, Dell Latitude D630.........slow and always hang. Want to play online game also cannot. Can somebody help me to find laptop that almost same or same with criteria given below only below rm 2k:

1) i7 first/second/third generation (much prefer) or i5 third generation
2) 3.7 gb ram +
3) Nvidia
4) 1TB or 500GB hdd+
5) less heat.......
6) only ASUS/TOSHIBA
7) can find nearby shop (i always buy at SENG HENG)
8) Man laptop (tahan lasak)
9) Doeant have many problem...i mean negative comment by user
10) loud speaker
11) Has internal wifi realtek/atheros (not importatnt, already has ALFA usb adapter)
