Pay Cut?

Lets say your current salary is RM3600 but in your current company, you dont learn anything, Boss treats you as his secretary, ask you to do admin stuff when you are a legal person. Never learn anything for 1 year and works on saturday half day. But boss likes you and very generous with your salary.

And another mnc company offer 3200 but works 5 days a week, doing legal related matters.

Will you take a pay cut to jump to MNC or will you retain in the current company?

Is it wise for me to take the pay cut?

Dilemma between 2 offer

A brief introduction, I am working in legal field.....not a lawyer but doing in-house.
Anyways, just want to enquire as I am in a dilemma here, I got offer from Accenture and Berjaya Company, I don't know which company should i go for, my focus is to extend my knowledge and also to gain more exposure. Both offering same salary.
Which company has a better reputation and will give an impact to my life?

I just started work in October as a fresh grad, i am new in this area. My colleague is not very helpful, just ask me to read this and that but didnt explain anything.And when i ask him, he say that i should check the internet. the 3rd week he sent me a long sms saying that i am not a secretary but a graduate and i should know everything by now and that i am under him so i must listen to him. But the fact is that we both hold the same position. he complains about me in front of others and its just my 1st month.. everytime lunch time i will be alone because nobody asks me to join.. i feel so depressed.. should i quit?
