How to do PhD in overseas under scholarship?

So, I was considering to continue my studies in PhD. My background is Mechanical Engineering. I did masters also in ME.

I'm specifically looking for PhD scholarships that can sponsor studies overseas...

I tried googling but it was rubbish...no proper guides..

Any suggestions guys on where to seek for this kind of scholarships?

Hi guys, i'm kinda in dilemma choosing between iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X.

I do know their specifications and how they compare. I do prefer iPhone X but I'm more worried about the practicality of the iPhone X's face id compared to the touch id.

Is it possible to for someone to get your iPhone X and unlock by pointing at your face???
Will it recognize my face if i shaved my beard or got a hair cut?
How reliable it is compared to touch id?

hi guys, i have been thinking to buy 2014/2015 2nd Peugeot 508 . So far, i like the specs and the its features. but i was wondering why the price went down so fast?
I mean like, the new unit back in 2015 would cost more than 150k++, but now the 2nd value only 75k to 80k. It couldn't be just because the brand have a low resale value right?
What are the common problems related to this car?
