What happen if I didn't pay unifi bill?

I did not pay my unifi bill around 3 months, now the services already suspended.

My question: if I ignore their bill and did not pay, what will happen?

Will the bill keep on increasing?

Will my name be blacklisted in ctos or something when I apply bank loan in future?

wanna know why maxis home is using unifi infra, but the speed I see got big difference.

eg: my unifi 5Mbps, for usa server, speedtest I can get 3-4Mbps
but my maxis home 10Mbps, usa server, most speedtest only 1-1.5Mbps

difference btw unifi vip & biz

I'm using Yes Life on my android phone

the thing is I can hear my friend's voice but my friend can't hear me and he said the background noise is noisy.
I tried to call several numbers also same(maxis, digi, etc)

the Yes signal is good.

Unifi VIP5 to Maxis Home 10Mbps

currently, I'm on VIP5(unifi)

I already registered for Maxis Home 10Mbps(RM118), my installation date is next wednesday.

after going through the forum here and maxis forum,

they are 2 things I concerned:
1) the speed, as I can see more and more Maxis Home RM118 users complain their speed is not good,
only able to get speedtest result of 10Mbps from Maxis server, other local servers(like U mobile, yes,etc) only not even half of the speed

2) the thompson router (weak and heat issue) - not so important, as I believe future can support other router.

If I subsribe, I need to pay RM500 for Unifi penalty since I'm still in contract.

need comments from Maxis Home 10Mbps users , as I might want to cancel the installation and stick with Unifi.

My sis house installation of Maxis Home is on next thurs, her one is ok as currently streamyx bb RM110(contract finished long time ago) only add RM8 each month

I'm on VIP5 (home user).

Tested ping to Msia server is ok (avg 10-15ms)

but when I play on chess.com, the lag is quite high, but at night (usually midnight) it returns to normal.

How can I lower it down? as previously on streamyx i got similar prob too.
