Please recommend DAC with USB and Optical Input

Hi guys,

I am looking for DAC which has USB and preferably Optical/Toslink input that will use on my PC and PS3 to connect to Audioengine A2.
My budget is around 300~400 SGD (Which is around RM 700~900). It is not necessary to be portable.
The output can be RCA or 3.5mm.

I am appreciate if you can suggest me a few suitable DAC. Thank you!

I actually posted in HEADPHONES/ EARPHONES Recommendation Corner, but seems like no one replying, so I had to re-post it again here.

Can anyone recommend me a Circumaural/Supra-aural headphone within the range of Rm250~RM350?

I will use it on my laptop and ipod video（unamp, but might get 1 in the future）for listening music, and usually I listen to classical, pop, soft-rock and some vocal music.

The sound signature that I prefer is something similar with im716, which is more natural.

More prefer Circumaural, because it is comfortable.

Pls recommend an earphone around RM200

Currently I am using Sennheiser MX500 , but I plan to buy an new earphone which is better than mx500.
So, I need you guys suggestions on it!
