1. Buying for investment and will sell in 5-7 years time.

Pathetic Youngster

I agree with that......what I used to do:

1. RM2500 for a pair of jeans
2. starbucks, hipster cafes on everyday basis
3. travel, holiday and pay everything using credit card
4. high credit card debt
5. car installments
6. etc...

I've managed to clear all that as I grew older....now no more in that situation.....now, thinking to do a bit more better...

I'm planning to sell off my car and use public transports instead....now we have lrt, mrt, grab, uber, and all those transportation methods....I don't think I need a fancy car anymore...with that, no more installments, maintenance, road tax, insurances, etc...

I don't care of public perceptions....I don't care if people talk about me because of no car.....I'm done being a slave to materialistic things....

what do you think?

hi..
I'm living in a new condo unit and unifi is currently not available maybe until end of year.

so, i need to find other isp for my house for normal browsing and tv.

I don't want to subscribe to astro as they tend to increase price year after year. I can live without football and only watch light tv.

so, i've decided to get an android tv box and subscribe to iflix.

the thing is, which broadband plan is sufficient enough to support it?

planning to go with umobile MB68 (12GB) plan.

any thoughts?
