How to Check HUAWEI phone is Original & Not Telco

Hi,

My brother plan to buy used Huawei phone. How to know whether the phone is:

a) Original; and
b) Not under telco

Can we check based on IMEI? Based on IMEI, how can we check when the phone warranty being activated?
Because I saw some seller claim they bought from shop n don't keep receipt.

Hi guys....

I'm planning to buy a new phone, but not sure between 3, which one is good or worth it:

1) Honor View 20 (1999)
2) Huawei Nova 4 (1899)
3) Redmi Note 7 (around 1k)

Take this 3 because v20 n note 7 used 48mp camera & nova 4 is just newly enter the market. Maybe the cheapest is note 7 but price is not the issue here among these 3. which one worth to buy?

I would like to know, what does it mean by 500 pixels picture? is the size of the picture is 250 pixel x 250 pixel or 500x500? Anyone can guide me?
