Want to buy double storey house in klang valley.

Hi,

I m looking for double storey house in klang valley and budget is 400k to 500k or little bit more. Preferable area- sentul, batu, Gombak, setapak, jalan Ipoh, kepong, selayang and surrounding like 20km radius the max. Please let me know if there is any and make sure its non bumi lot. (exception taman dato senu and taman sri Gombak)

Clamping issue with jmb

Please advise,

There is notice placed a month ago in condo notice board indicated that's car with sticker and expired sticker will be clamped and fined rm100. I had overlooked then one fine day when I was about to leave to work noticed my car clamped in my parking bay. (My parking bay is solely mine and not belong to the management). There is notice saying your car clamped and you need to pay rm100 to release the clamp. I had tried to speak to the guard but they told me they are helpless and only person can decide is the chairman and he's was not answering is call. I had no choice had to pay rm100 and notified that I was unhappy with this since it is my parking bay. The sticker serve as mere identification and not entitle for such a fine since I rightful owner of unit in this residence and parking bay. Please advise if the jmb action right or wrong in this circumstance.

Hi,

I had wrongly purchased John suisse verona (Closed couple) water closet with S trap (from the floor) instead of P trap (from the wall) during renovation therefore did not use this item and want to sell it. I had bought it from puchong and was priced at rm476. I m now willing to let go with the price of rm350. If anybody interest do let me know. I have posted picture of it below for reference. My location is in sentul.
