Im looking to build a powerful gaming PC for well, obviously gaming usage aswell as regular use.

Things im looking for in the PC is
i. capable of playing latest games @ Ultra settings without any lag.
ii. no multitasking lag
iii. plan to keep in use to play high tier games for the next few years.
iv. good cooling system
v. preferably an nvidia gpu.

my budget is about RM5500 with monitor.
