Hye all.

i am currently working in IT/multimedia.

Looking to find a new portable laptop for work purpose only;

No gaming at all.
Good built quality.
Lightweight (below 2.3kgs).
Good battery life.
Decent processor.

Here are softwares i often use;

1) Premiere Pro (1080 videos)
2) Illustrator (infographics, poster, logo editing)
3) Photoshop (DSLR photos)
4) After effects (short montage below 1 minutes)
5) Google Chrome (multitasking)

I have done some searching for suitable laptop and found ionic 15 ryzen 7 4800h . but not many review yet on this model.

Is this laptop suitable for my usage? Or any other options available. My budget is restricted to 3.5k only.

Hye, Happy CNY. Im currently searching for stores which sell customized iMac Pro (Intel Xeon W 14core, 64GB ECC ram, 2TB SSd, 16Gb vega graphic).

Already found one store at lowyat - mac studio. Other stores machines, switch only sell basic Imac Pro (cannot customize).

Hi all,

im now looking for a new PSU for my pc to replace my older one (powerlogic 450w max with 230w cont power)

my spec is:

INTEL i5 3470 3.2GHz
ASUS P8H61-M LX R2.0 mobo
ELIXIR 4GB 1600 X2
WD 3.5 SATA 500GB
SAMSUNG DVD
SAPPHIRE HD7770 FLEX 1GB DDR5

budget is around 150-250 (prefer bang for bucks)

wht im looking for is a PSU that is longer lasting, which can withstand GC overclocking.

im staying near to S14 Digital Mall.

<SOLVED> Screen Blackout and Flickering

My problem since i bought my pc last october are;

Blackout problem:
(1)im having problem with media playback in windows media player - screen blackout but the sound is there
(2)windows experience index - during 3/4 assesment
(3)when playing youtube videos (however i can solve this by disabling hardware acceleration)

there is no solution for blackout problem except i need to restart my system, ctrl + alt + delete also cannot solve it.

Flickering problem:
(1)adobe photoshop cs5 (lowering the clock will solve it)

[these problems only happen after installing the amd catalyst graphic card driver. When using onboard vga before, the problem doesnt happen]

both highlighted is my priority. i have tried to search the the solution in the web but there is no solution for that.
some will say it is monitor problem and some say it is power supply problem.

my spec is:

Hi guys, im new here
Need some advice to buy a new pc, and monitor
Dont hv experience with Pc before, coz using laptop only
1st of all, my budget is around 1800 (can increase up to 2k)
Wht im really need is a pc that can be upgrade,
Also can render videos, and play some heavy gaming like GTA4
Is it possible to get good spec pc within this budget?

is this model right choice for gaming?

Model: asus A53VD - SX335V - 15" , 2.4GHZ i3 3110M ,2Gb RAM 500GB 5400rpm NVIDIA GT610M 2GB

Is it wort for budget RM1600?

Or hv other models to suggest?

I need some experts recommendation here,
Im looking for a new laptop, most of the usage is for gaming purpose ; Gta,Pes,COD, etc
Bcz im still a student , i will also use it for my assgment, and study purpose ; mic office,video editing, etc
My budget is around RM1500.
Whtevr screen size is acceptable.
