need help setting up voice recording (Bm800 mic)

[tldr]
is the V8 sound card necessary for Condenser mic Bm800 setup?
or the mic I bought is some cheaplak china stuff?

I used to record voice over for my vids directly using my mobile phone(p9+ huawei)
and I recently tried to upgrade my gear step by step and bought this Bm800(mic and stand only) from Shopee
but then i found the voice pickup is too low and get another phantom power(usb powered)
the voice pickup is ok by now, but it still doesn't sound as nice when i recording with my pc via Audacity, compared to using phone+mic.

the voice recorded to my pc is flat and mono, (pc+phantom power+mic+Audacity)
but with phone+mic there is too much noises and sounds the same with or w/o phantom power on (phone+phantom power+mic)
*recorded with only air-cond w/o fan

Sooo I wonder if the V8 sound card add-on offered necessary for Condenser mic Bm800 setup?
or the mic I bought is some cheaplak china stuff?
how to make voice recorded sounds better?(current workflow=Audacity-noise reduction, Pr-loudness normalise)

so i had a new cpu and plug into this tv/monitor but the fonts are like very hard to look at. Is there some setting in win10 i need to change or this tv/monitor is not suitable?

long story short, ur job is to visit the e-shop to make purchase(but u dont need to pay since u can request to paid by someone else ) then leave a good comment, voila !! money in pocket (rm3-25 per job)

but here's the red flag, u r required to pay rm360 1st for them to make sure u r doing good and dint lari, which will be refunded when u did 36jobs for them...

[SOLVED]accessing other pc on network super slow

Previously when I access other pc on the same network no nid to load and copy/paste also work normally.
but recently when I open the folder on another pc I takes time to load (the green bar above window explorer and the spinning cursor)

when copy-pasting also sometimes need few attempts with very long delay, and taking times longer than usual (100+kb files)

and this happen both way (Pc A to Pc B & Pc B to Pc A)

Any fixes?

Windows 10 password protected sharing keeps turning on every time after window update, then I hv to go turn off again 1 by 1 lagi

But my acc. dept said its not compulsary so there's no ph given nor double pay...
Can I sue my boss for this? what's the procedure ?
