CS 1.6 Steam cant detect Cheating Death

i got the problem here.

b4 this,im using pirate CS 1.6 non steam combine with Cheating Death (CD),and Cheating Death work properly.

but then, im buy online CS 1.6 steam,and can play properly as usual included steam server.

but then, with CS 1.6 steam,i combine with Cheating death (just click Cheating death program,then enter steam CS 1.6),and it not work properly, and i got kicked when enter server require Cheating death.Seem like my CS 1.6 (steam) not detect Cheating death was already run.

why this happen?or i missing some step ?

I want to ask,which bank offer most lowest for 2nd car loan?

i want to buy myvi 2nd hand next month,the owner using ambank,
then when i called ambank,they said if i apply car loan for 2nd hand car,ambank will interest charge around 4.7% for 7 years and 5.0% for 9 years!

Then i go to Public Bank and ask the rate for 2nd hand car loan,they said 4.6% (7 years) & also 4.6% (9 years). and its the lowest interest charge among the bank which i know.

I just want to know,is there any bank offer more lowest than Public Bank did?
