Personal Loan Refinance ( Aeon )

Hi all would like to ask regarding my decision to change from RHB to Aeon.
Currently I have a Personal Loan with RHB easy

So below is my details

Current PL (RHB)
Amount : RM 5000
Tenure : 5 years
Interest : 14.52%
Monthly : RM 143.83
Being Served the loan for (5months)

Aeon Service
Amount : RM 5000
Tenure : 5 years
Interest : 7.92%
Monthly : RM 116.33

What make me confused to divert is early termination fee from rhb and processing fee from aeon. It cost me RM 200 for rhb and RM 225 for aeon. Besides that in order to settle my loan, it will cost me 5099 for 1 shot payment.

Anyone here face any problem when deal with Aeon since I'm not familiar with them.
Is their CS on par with other banks.

Anyone here know....what are the requirement to apply personal loan at bank rakyat? So far bank rakyat provide lower interest rate rite? Since I work in retail section so a kinda busy to go bank. Tenkiu all.

Hye sifu all..
basically I'm wanted to build my own rig..but I'm not very familiar with the brand of graphic card as I mention above..
I wanted to buy GTX760 but it's hard for me because so many brand at outside hmm any idea which one are best among the best? lol

From my observation I found that Leadtek price are very reasonable for GTX760 but I dunno is it that brand are good or not...and from analysis 2012 Leadtek are the top 3 best choice for Nvidia GC among malaysian people..
hmmm I'm just google it haha dunno is it true or not..

Hopefully somebody can help me out

As mention above I need some portable laptop for my father as a gift for his retirement day next month..
After make some research and analysis about all laptop that offer the portability feature, finally I have found that Toshiba also offer that kind..
I need to buy Toshiba brand because my father seem like addicted with Toshiba hmmm I just wonder why he so interested with that brand instead they have too many other brand at outside..
Btw he just bought new Toshiba 40inch smart tv hmmm..

So based on his act I need to buy a laptop also that came from Toshiba haha..
Is it Toshiba Portege Z830 offer for haswell processor? and how about the price for that laptop..
Did Toshiba offer other model that have powerful than that?
My father just concern about the durability only..

I dont really care about the price because that's not my money at all...

Is it okay if I'm oc my gt750m to gt755m..

GPU clock gt750m - 941mhz
Memory clock gt750m - 1250mhz

GPU clock gt755m - 980mh
Memory clock gt755m - 1350mh

So if I want to oc it, I need to add 39mhz more to GPU clock and add 100mhz more to memory clock rite

Now the problem come to me what are the best voltage should I use? Ermh is it will cause damage to my laptop?

Yeah I know it's difficult to find any laptop around Rm500 but i think if secondhand laptop i'm probably can get it rite..
