Maxis broadband

We have been using Maxis broadband since one year ago and so far no issues on the connection and speed.

Our place no electricity around 5.30pm today but the electricity resume around 6.30pm. We were able to use the wifi after electricity resume.

However, the signal of the wifi suddenly lost around 8pm and until now, we are still unable to find our wifi network when we try to connect to wifi.

Anyone have any ideas what cause the problem?

Have uploaded the photos of our modem and router as attachments.

I am trying to install an older printer HP Deskjet Ink Advantage K209a on Acer Aspire E5-574G(using Windows 10) but error message below appeared:

“This app can’t run on this device

Bing Bar
Microsoft

This app can’t run because it causes security or performance issues on Windows. A new version may be available. Check with your software provider for an updated version that runs on this version of Windows. “

Anyone has any idea what cause the problem?

Hi,

May I know which WiFi plan is the best for home in PJ area? Best in the sense of stable network and fast speed with very less downtime.

Would appreciate it if you could share your experience with your provider even though if you are out of PJ..
