Nokia Lumia 610 Vibration

Bought a Nokia Lumia 610 yesterday from the promotion at Lowyat at around 0900pm and brought home and charged the device. until 100%. around morning 0600 phone started to vibrate itself and continued until this evening.
Vibration was active even when the phone was off and had done reseting and even removing the batterry. and in the evening the vibration stopped and i found that vibrator never works even when someone calls me and even tried changing the option to RING & VIBRATE and VIBRATE only.
Took back the device to them and they said they need to send it to nokia care. I am not so happy with this. faulty in 24hrs... crazy.

Iphone 4 - factory faulty

Hi, I bought a iPhone 4 recently from a shop in Lowyat Plaza and later it started to have home button issues, then i took it to them and they fixed it for me with a charge. but later the phone started to give more trouble to me.. like the voice cannot be heard by the caller or receiver... Later I did some google and found a link to check the authenticity of the iphone thru apple website. when i check the site with the serial on the phone i was responded with the following message - We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. Please check your information and re-enter your serial number. If your information is correct, you may need to contact us! , which means the phone they sold to me was a Factory Faulty one which was replaced by apple for some other customer..... COULD PLEASE ADVICE ME HOW TO FIXED OR GET OUT RIDE OF THIS.... ?
