Need Help with Adding Funds to Steam Wallet

Greetings guys.

I'm new here so sila tunjuk ajar.

As I know , Steam lets u add funds into ur Steam Account and purchase whatever they provided for sale.

Im a DOTA 2 player so I want to buy some EQs . My problem is I found a way to add fund into steam wallet.

That is by credit/debit card or Paypal. I dont really knows all this bank/currencies money related stuff. So I just did what i could. By creating a RHB bank account and getting a debit card , and i top it up to Paypal account.

And i found out that Ive reloaded MYR into Paypal Account , so i could not add USD fund to steam wallet. So ive withdrawed the money back to my RHB bank account.

So my inquiry is , can i just use my RHB Visa Debit Card to just directly add fund to my Steam Wallet ?? What is it that i must know?? Yeah I know im a noob at all these things.. please guide me.
