Im using 300mbps unifi wired to my desktop, and only have around 20-30 ms. But im having this massive in game lag of rubber banding and stuttering which my character teleport almost every minute. Anyone have the answer to this issue? thanks a lot...

Hi dear sifus, so I just upgraded to 300mbps, any recommendation for which router to get in the market besides this 2 for best gaming experience with minimum lag or dc..

Currently I’m using this 2 router which is given to me by Abang tm, one is when I’m using 100mbps, another is when I upgraded to 300mpbs.

Hey guys, wanna thank you all for spending time in reading this, Im planning to start a shareholding business with my friends in opening a cyber cafe shop in JB. Currently i went to banks such as CIMB, AEON credit, or RHB easy, but some got rejected, low loan amount, or high interest which giving me problems in proceeding with the loan agreement.

Recently i just browsed around internet and found out that there is this loans about MARA that is able to provide to bumiputeras, so Im humbly here to ask all experienced sifus about this loans, am i eligible, or is it safe to go for? Sorry as i dont have much experience about loans and their processes, do guide me sifus!

Or is there any other organization out there that provide loans with low interest rates? The on i got offered is 11 - 14%++
