A condo/apartment now or a landed in 5 or 8years?

Hey guys, so well I am at the age of 25+- and I am having a dilemma whether to buy a property now or not.

I can afford a 300k to 400k condo/apartment now but I am really not confident with condo/apartment market.
I am considering whether to wait for another 5years to 8years so that I can afford a landed or something.

Reason being, I really think the market supply is a lot more than demand now, the condo area I am currently renting (in Cyberjaya, more than 20years old condo) basically 70% of them are unoccupied as there is no one renting the place. The rent is declining and to an extend u have no tenant at all. Frankly, I hate to live in a condo as the facilities are usually not okay after 10-20years, the building becomes problematic, parking is restricted and so on.

If I were to only own a house in my life, I really don't want it to be a condo.
I am still very much sceptical even after people talking, not sure really have that kind of market where ppl renting a condo or afford to pay the rent you want.

What do you guys think of Malaysia current property market?

Animation and Visual Effects in MMU or as known as Film and Animation b4, so any seniors here? I wonder if this is really a lifeless course as it is very terrifying after the lecturers told us the outline. And I was thinking of one thing, what if I make my degree years from 3 to 4 years, I take less subjects in a sem and I use 4years to complete, it shouldn't be lifeless and might help in producing better assignments, is it worthy to do that?
